Free Analyst accounts receive a limited number of credits; each search or refresh uses one credit. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable. Pro Intelligence subscriptions, when available, renew monthly until cancelled; fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Plans and pricing may change with notice.

The PrismIntel software, design, and branding are owned by PrismIntel. You may use exported briefs for your own internal, research, or editorial purposes with attribution. Third-party content remains the property of its owners.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
