Epistemic Methodology & Architecture
Every PrismIntel dossier samples public reporting across four geopolitical blocs, cross-checks it against five public registries, and keeps three kinds of statement strictly apart.
The 3 epistemic tiers
Tier 1 · Cross-Bloc Reported Convergence
Events reported consistently by outlets in several blocs. Convergence shows reporting alignment, not independent verification — outlets often share wire dispatches. Each event lists its supporting source numbers.
Tier 2 · Attributed Claims
Assertions tied to a named government, official or outlet. They are reported as claims of that party, never restated as fact.
Tier 3 · Analytical Assessments
Model-generated estimates, scores and 30–90 day If / Then scenarios. Always labelled as estimates and never predictive.
The 4 geopolitical blocs
01 Western / NATO
Major US, UK and EU wires and broadcasters (Reuters, AP, BBC, DW, France 24, Bloomberg).
02 Eurasian & State-Aligned
State and aligned media in Moscow, Beijing, Tehran and Pyongyang, reported as their official framing.
03 Regional Conflict Actors
Front-line and neighbouring outlets for the theatre in question (e.g. Gulf, Israeli, Turkish or Ukrainian press).
04 Global South / Non-Aligned
India, ASEAN, Africa and Latin America — multi-aligned perspectives and economic exposure.
Outlets are mapped to a bloc by a fixed outlet list first, then by their home edition. Each bloc keeps up to 15 de-duplicated sources.
The 5 empirical registry lenses
01 Media & Narrative
Release timing, distractor events, loaded language and source diversity.
02 Markets
Yahoo Finance 5-day divergence, relative volume and volatility regime for exposed tickers.
03 Political, Legislative & Judicial Nexus
Congress.gov bills, lobbying filings, Federal Register notices and CourtListener dockets.
04 Energy & Chokepoints
Maritime chokepoints, oil/LNG/mineral flows, freight and rerouting pressure.
05 OSINT & Procurement
USAspending.gov defense awards, aid packages and the reported kinetic timeline.
Market and procurement correlations do not imply causation. Briefings are generated automatically without pre-publication human review — verify primary sources before acting.
