We store your email address and account details (plan, credit balance, export count) to operate your account. We do not sell your personal information.

Sign-in is handled through our secure hosted authentication provider. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes and are never visible to us.

Paid subscriptions will be processed by Stripe. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and never touch or are stored on PrismIntel servers; we receive only limited billing metadata (such as subscription status). Waitlist emails are used only to contact you about Pro access.

Search queries are sent to AI and news providers to generate reports. Generated reports are cached in your browser's local storage on your device.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time, consistent with Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA).
